U srijedu, 30.10.2019. godine, projektni tim održao je radni sastanak s rukovodstvom Uprave policije Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Tuzlanskog kantona (MUP TK) u okviru projekta „DeFRET – Definisanje faktora i procesa koji vode do radikalizacije, ekstremizma i terorizma u Bosni i Hercegovini“. Danas, 30.10.2019.godine, održan je radni sastanak kojem su prisustvovali direktor Uprave policije MUP-a TK Dževad Korman i dekan Fakulteta za kriminalistiku, kriminologiju i sigurnosne studije Univerziteta u Sarajevu prof.dr. Nedžad Korajlić, sa saradnicima.

Na sastanku je bilo riječi o projektu „DeFRET“ (Definisanje faktora i procesa koji vode radikalizaciji, ekstremizmu i terorizmu u BIH) za čiju implementaciju je zadužen Fakultet za kriminalistiku, kriminologiju i sigurnosne studije Univerziteta u Sarajevu u saradnji sa Udruženjem Nova sigurnosna inicijativa. Cilj navedenog projekta je angažovanje i osnaživanje istraživačkih kapaciteta akademske zajednice i civilnog društva u pogledu borbe protiv radikalizacije koja vodi nasilnom ekstremizmu, a specifičnost istog se ogleda u istraživanju uticaja povratnika sa stranih ratišta na lokalnu zajednicu i mlade.
Ovom prilikom, usaglašene su smjernice budućih zajedničkih aktivnosti na realizaciji navedenog projekta.“

On Wednesday, 30.10.2019, the project team held a working meeting with the management of the Police Administration of the Ministry of the Interior of the Tuzla Canton (MoI TC) within the project “DeFRET – Defining Factors and Processes that Lead to Radicalization, Extremism and Terrorism in Bosnia and Herzegovina”. „Meeting of the management of the Police Administration of the Ministry of the Interior of TC and the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies of the University of Sarajevo was held
Today, 30.10.2019, a working meeting was held, which was attended by the Director of the Police Administration of the Ministry of the Interior, Dzevad Korman, the Dean of the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies of the University of Sarajevo, Prof. Nedzad Korajlic, and associates.
During the meeting, the project “DeFRET” (Defining Factors and Processes that Lead to Radicalization, Extremism and Terrorism in BiH) was discussed, whose implementation is in charge of the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies of the University of Sarajevo in cooperation with the Association New Security Initiative. The objective of the project is to engage and strengthen the research capacities of the academic community and civil society in the fight against radicalization leading to violent extremism, and its specificity is the study of the impact of returnees from foreign battlefields on the local community and youth.
On this occasion, the guidelines for future joint activities on the realization of the mentioned project were agreed.“
